1. About page
Open About (footer or navbar link) to read about the publication, its team, mission and values. The page uses the site's page-builder sections, so it may include an image gallery, FAQ accordions and call-to-action buttons alongside the editorial content.
2. What appears here
The page is a selection, not a dump: the editorial team chooses which details are published — the publication's name and description, the office address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, e-mail, a map, and the legal documents (privacy policy, terms of use, disclaimer). A detail that is not listed here is not missing by accident; it means the team has chosen not to publish it on this page. Technical settings of the website itself are never shown here.
The same details always appear in the same place, so the page is easy to scan:
- Profile — the description of the publication, in full width.
- Contact & Access — the owner name, the office address, and each way of reaching the newsroom (mobile, WhatsApp, e-mail, landline), as small cards beside the feedback form.
- Map — the office location, embedded.
- Legal — privacy policy, terms of use and disclaimer, in full width at the bottom.
3. Social & contact
- Social links — follow the site on Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Dailymotion. Each icon opens that platform's page (see the Social Feeds guide).
- Contact / feedback form — send a message to the editorial team with your name, email and message (optionally phone, subject and a rating). The team receives it by email.
4. After you submit feedback
- You'll get immediate confirmation that the message was sent.
- The team replies to the email address you provided, if a reply is needed.
- Spam and abusive submissions are discarded — a real name and message are required.
